As I read this and I'm choking from laughing so hard, I'm eating a beautiful rare-medium-rare Rib-eye, a side of fried scallops and jumbo shrimp, fried in bacon fat.

Some of it, I have no fucking clue about, then look it up when I wipe my hands and many times drool at the thought of spending the rest of my life eating and drinking.

A bit of an International theme to the weekend, as usual guys and gals...

Friday is always Italian night...so it was homemade meatballs in tomato sauce, with homemade tagliatelle, thx to 1 of my girls...
Saturday is Asian night...I made Butter Chicken, Mushroom pilau rice and Nan bread
Sunday was Mrs Naga's turn...Good old English comfort food. Mince and Dumplings with veg...just what the Dr ordered on a lovely crisp Winters day...👍
