van the man
Thank you. The song sounds lovely but I can't discern the words as I do not understand French. If it is about friendship then it is a fine sentiment. Friendship and being a good friend to those I love is beyond question. NEVER EVER let down a friend and you never let yourself down. Foamy T. Squirrel
Here's one for my keyboard master friend. He likes keyboards and machines. And it's also for my friends in the great white North. (I figured I should finally start posting music here. Funny how us old guys function. Tell Leora it's time for my daily pill and massage. Thank you.) And yet, another, slightly more classical treatment. (Leave it to the Germans to be so precise. Excellent rendition. Keith Emerson probably felt at home playing with the Frankfurt Philharmonic.) TBG 150
Maybe my rendition? http://www.contrebombarde.com/concerthall/music/11659 Since I don't know how to post the video, the link will do just as well.
Foamy T. Squirrel
Maybe my rendition? That little puppy has more controls on it than an airliner's cockpit. Whew!
Foamy T. Squirrel
This takes forever to watch, but both of these men were musicians of talent, doing gigs. Only those around 60 will know who they are. So this is for us old guys...

Foamy T. Squirrel
Fernandel must have been extremely funny! (Nicht can hablo French. :'( ) He reminds me of a Danish gentleman who spoke a few languages, played concert piano, and was also extremely funny. Guest BJon
Here's one for the "Old Guard" here at CC. The first time I saw who was singing this I could not believe that voice belonged to him. Sometimes it amazes me when you here someone speak or sing and then see them in person its not what you expect to see.
