Noldus might actually be right .. there are everywhere hours of common silence that apply , it’s very odd if even before midnight there’s noise curfew .. in my country for example is 01:00 am during the summer ..

the neighbors are still pissed off from the Gina party they complain about any noise they hear no matter what time of day

Hmm never seen any video on the door phones, dont think they can see who it is, just a screen that lights up but no video I think. But microphone so they can speak. Someone correct me if im wrong.
