As I said, peeing in the bed would quickly saturate a rag or towel and be a complete mess. Nobody in their right mind would sleep in that. My wife squirts and at times it can be a surprising amount. I believe Martina has squirted before, so I'd bet that's all that was... again, not having witnessed the quantity of fluid myself, but it makes the most sense.
