Just read the RLC section on the tokens. First you have to have a premium subscription to use them. If your premium subscription terminates and you still have tokens left over, they are converted to days in the premium subscription at a rate 20 tokens=1 day of premium. So I think you can hold on to tokens as long as you have a premium subscription.

I am in agreement this should have been part of my premium membership but I'm looking at it this way. I have a RLC membership at $45 and a VV membership at $40. I haven't been happy with VV for the most part between the bad cams, the voyeur house nonsense and the mostly boring cast. So I cancelled VV and save 10 bucks a month by paying for the replay option at RLC.

That is not what they say. It says:

"If your Premium membership expires before you spend all your tokens, they will be kept under your account. If you signup for Premium membership using the same email address later, the tokens will reappear in your balance.

If your premium membership expires but you still have subscription days for RLC Replay, then these days will be saved to your account. If you signup for Premium membership using the same email address later, you can use these remaining days of your RLC Replay subscription."

The question I have is it also says "RLC Replay does not guarantee 100% availability of footage for the past 24 hours, since a camera could be in service, out of order, or the footage it recorded could contain prohibited content or content violating the site’s policies."

I wrote them a question as to what defines "prohibited content or content violating the site’s policies." I am waiting for their response.

You can look at it however you want to look at it and try to justify it any way you want.  The fact is is this is something that RLC should have been doing since day one and it shouldn't cost anymore money.  F*** RLC and the horse they road in on!!!

I have always thought they should use an "a la carte" system. Perhaps this is a move in the right direction. It cuts down on the initial expense for those who only want to watch a few couples; the customer gets only what they want; and nobody goes bankrupt.

Once you buy 200 tokens and you will have ten days of replay, so once you start to use it you will have ten days consectutive of replay if you chose to use it or not, the days will be counting, you guys should learn that if they can get your money they will.

If you had a day job to afford and watch RLC, now you'll need a night job too if you want access to the replays.  Don't ask me though when you will find the time to watch them....oh and forget about looping the interesting moments

VII. Membership

a. Registration You may access the non-public portion of any Site only by being a member in good standing to that Site. You may become a member of a Site by completing an online registration form, and paying the appropriate fee, which may be recurring in nature. Upon submission of the online registration form, RealLifeCam or its authorized agent will process the application. In connection with completing the online registration form, you agree to: (1) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”) and (2) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times while you are a member. You are responsible for reimbursing RealLifeCam for all credit card charge backs, dishonored checks and any related charges.

d. Billing Errors If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please notify us immediately of such error. If we do not hear from you within thirty (30) days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, such fee will be deemed acceptable by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer.

e. Refund Policy RealLifeCam does not provide cash refunds. We may, however, grant credits in the form of free some days memberships to resolve customer service issues. The billing system used by RealLifeCam or our authorized agents provides extensive credit card fraud protection measures and our Sites include many features to protect users from accidental charges. Therefore, refunds to your credit card will be provided only under the rarest of circumstances such as persistent technical problems originating with our equipment.

VIII. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing: (A) our customer service department with a notice of your intent to cancel the membership along with your user name and password; and (B) any outstanding fees owed for your membership. Upon our processing of your request to cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to the non-public areas of the Site or Sites to which you were a member.
