golfer06 Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 this would actually be perfect for vh. vv going down the drain. they stated that 20 apts is sort of a goal (that's probably too many but a few more wouldn't hurt) they could just absorb tver & immediately have a foot in the door in moscow. 1
