Heres what I would do: Admit mistakes that have been done Make clear not all mistakes and bad things can be fixed fast Present a plan and update it how and when to fix the biggest flaws. Openly talk about plans for future (even if it mean bad news at first) Only make promises you can keep Be always open for suggestions of people in here Most important here is to get lost trust of the members back.
