Provide good lighting: Cam quality is good when you provide the right lighting. (No flickering lights for example) Cams must be always close to the action. Places of interest are mostly the sofa, the kitchen table, the shower / tub and of course the beds. Cam5 and cam3 in Tver are good examples how it should be done. Cam12 in Voro is an example how it should not be done. Cam is too far away from sofa. Always place cams to eliminate hiding spots. The Tula hallway is a bad example here... 2. appartements: Appartements which are too big are not good. Sofia is a bad example here. Choose appartements with few edges so there are not so many hiding spots. Tver: all fine Voro: Old place was much better. People there are quite boring. Tula: Too much hiding spots. Peoples are simply boring (New black haired girl might be interesting) Sofia: Seriously just close it and make a new appartement in Moscow. Sofia is hopeless Generally you need more appartements 3. People: You should take the Tver guys to assist you during castings. Those guys are not shy and inhibited and know how to have fun and don't become boring. Try to find people who are not inhibited or shy in any way. Should be no problem for them being completely nude in front of strangers. Keep the guys in Tver and under some conditions the guys in Voro and kick the rest out. Guys in Voro must learn to keep up with the Tver guys otherwise they should leave too. 4. Rules Make rules and enforce rules. VHTV already kicked out several people because of rule violation. 5. General concept: You must be different than your competitors. VV always stood for showing more and going further than other voyeur sites. Now with your competitor this is no longer the case. So you must keep up. I can tell you the most points people complain on voyeur sites are: girls wearing too much hiding sex in the dark boring every day life That's where you can shine: Make rules and enforce them about girls clothing: No underwear allowed, just a top and a skirt or simply a skimpy dress is most what is allowed inside appartements. That would be a unique selling point generating viewers for sure. Make a three strikes rule for hiding or blocking cams. Third complain means kick out. Sex in the dark should be forbidden. There are much more parties with new ideas needed. Nobody enjoys watching boring card games. Maybe you can setup a temporary location for parties in summer even somewhere outdoors? Make a competition between the appartements: Appartement with most views gets bonus money at the end of month. Least views gets less money. 7. Site features: Make a timeline like both of your competitors have. Minimize downtime of apartments. 8. Communication: Listen to your members and consider following what they say: For example everybody does not like that freeloading guest girl in Tula. You did not react, nor did the situation improve. miscvoyeur Posted February 9, 2017 Share Posted February 9, 2017 @voyeur-villa I agree with mostly everything except enforcing rules and having a timeline. VV already has an effective archive. There's no need for a timeline. As for the rules, I'm highly against this. The second you start making rules, especially a lot of them, then it no longer becomes a voyeur site and just becomes a poor excuse for a porn house. The trick is just to get inhibited people and let them do what they want, instead of getting boring people and "making" them be naked all the time. The biggest complaint/factor against VV right now are the tennants. VHTV's popularity is only growing because the tenants are still new, not necessarily because any of them are that much more exciting or better (except for Sveta and Vlad). Tula has new girls so that's fine and Tver still has potential for excitement if they have big group parties. Voro and Sofia are the biggest problems. I understand that Ivo is important but Sonia is an absolute buzzkill and kills all excitement in Voro. Lisa and Nick are wasted being in that apartment with them. Bella and her BF are no different. The two of them alone are extremely dull. They desprately need another member there or even better to remove them and get all new people there. If you do decide to open up new apartments, PLEASE open them closer to Tver, Tula and Voro. No more apartments separated from the three like Sofia is. It makes no sense. And finally like jabbath said, you absolutely must upgrade cam quality and fix the blind spot in Tula.
