If you ask RLC, they will say "Tenants are allowed to bring guests into the apartment" Therefore, the apartments are NOT just for women, it's just that you only want to see women. But that is your problem, not RLC's problem and certainly not the tenant's problem Nora lived there with her husband for many months. Was the apartment just for women then? 1
