Can pool fit in what I think small area. I am guessing it about 10' width by 15' length. Anyway I hope the space utilize in fun activities whatever they might be.

Couple? What I see is just a possible guest.
And in the house we have identified at least 3 bedrooms.

What bothers me is a staircase that indicates another floor and so more blind spots. Arghhhhhhhh!

The Balcony cam (they called it Yard) was working earlier but does not work for me now - anybody else?

Nice to have them back, finaly. There are issues with some cams but the new apt. is nice.

A pool was also my first thought, when I saw the yard cam

I presume (in the absence of anything better that it is a basement flat (hence "-1st floor") we would say Basement and Ground floors respectively. I can now see the "Yard" again and there is significant traffic noise, dogs barking etc. It took about 10 attempts to load the Yard cam.
