I understand what you mean, Nazim, but I can't find any relationship between what you just said and what I said to ze81 about how to translate foreign language text. I think you meant to quote ze81's original post, instead of mine. He may not see what you just wrote to me. No harm, no foul, I just thought you should know. 😊 You should also be aware that when you translated what I said from English to your language and then back from your language to English, it drastically changed the meaning of what I originally said. So much so that I didn't even understand what I had originally said. In the future, it might be better to quote the original post, instead of a double translation of it.

So, here is both the fish (the translation) and how to fish. Whenever, you need to translate something, go to this site, drop in the text you don't understand and Google will translate it for you automatically and for free. You don't even need to know the language. In the interest of full disclosure, I translated nazimalbulut's paragraph above a tiny bit differently than what I described. I used a browser add-on, because it translated it in place, but Google still did the translating.

You're right and I agree, it needed to be multiple sentences. I also agree it is quite a long sentence that forms one long paragraph. Unfortunately, when you have a sentence that long, commas or their placement can't help with the meaning or understanding of it. And again, please understand, it wasn't about meeting my approval or agreeing with my opinion. It's just a simple, common rule of English at play, here. Run-on sentences are frowned upon. And to be honest, Nich, I didn't get involved to correct your English. I only spoke up because you used a two-character typo, which anyone could have made, to get back at @Howard for what he said. That's why I said, pick your battles. Wait until you have a valid reason to disagree with something. You'll gain a lot more respect around here.

I saw no periods and it wasn't at all about commas or comma placement or missing the commas. It was only about the one sentence consisting of 123 words and no amount of commas or comma placement could have helped the meaning of that run-on sentence, IMHO.

I agree there are those in this community who are quick to judge and disagree with others, but that's why they're called opinions, everybody's got one... or more. But first, there's no requirement nor obligation that anyone agrees with or likes anything or everything that anyone says. It's perfectly OK to disagree with someone, as long as you explain why. Second, I didn't say you should sit idly by and put up with it. Only that if you made the mistake, have the courage to own it, then let it go. Wait until you have a valid reason to disagree with someone. You'll earn a lot more respect that way.

Come on, Nich, don't you think you're taking this a bit too far? I saw @Howard's post where he spoke about your sentence structure and he was completely correct (and that's not my opinion, that's a simple fact according to the rules of English). The sentence you composed, the one Howard referred to, was one huge run-on sentence, consisting of 123 words. That's not proper sentence structure in anyone's book. Your English teacher would have given you an "F" just for that sentence. I had no idea what you were trying to say. I'm not saying you shouldn't write in whatever style you choose to use, just that, in this instance, Howard was correct. And, it's to your advantage to write in such a way that the rest of the community understands what you're saying. That's one of the main objectives, to have people understand what you mean. Otherwise, there's no point in writing. And, we all want to understand you and have fun playing in this sandbox. ☺️
