Schöffen sind nur ihrem Gewissen verpflichtet - und das Rechtswesen ist hier völlig unabhängig von Politik, also unabhängig von Legislative (Gesetzgebung = Parlament) und Gesetze ausführende Organe = Verwaltung und Polizei, Geheimdienst und so weiter. Warum US-Gerichtbarkeit hier so lange trödelt stößt hier auf Unverständnis. Soll hier jemand mit Einfluß und Geld geschützt oder bevorzugt behandelt werden ?? 😁
