Stop Jabbath! You don’t even know what you’re talking about. Construction of homes in Miami must meet very strict regulations and be able to withstand 100+ mph wind force from hurricanes. Please end the little USA jabs of yours. It’s not cool!

You can built very sturdy houses out of wood too, Thats not the question. But you can't deny houses in the US are mostly built of wood while in Europe they rather use stone or concrete. Not a bad thing as this way houses in the US are more affordable than in Europe. Nothing against the US at all.

No way. Houses in USA are quite cheap as they are practically built out of wood and and paper mostly. Thats why they get destroyed to the max in Hurricanes. A sturdy European house with cellar made of concrete and stone would only lose its roof when it goes bad.

There's very few & mostly old homes made out of wood in Miami. You need to do some reading to educate yourself

What's the thing about the houses itself??? (not talking about wood loooooool)

Seems a pretty normal and regular house, nothing extraordinary at all...

The only thing could inflate the price there is the "location location location"

Location for sure! It’s freaking Miami. It’s got just about everything you could ever want in a place to live. And no, the houses built there are no cheap and built out of paper.

ahahah

Not counting the "size" because seems gigantic but i see a lot of places like that in some countries at this east side.. and of course also with prices "added" by their location near the coast

Not sure if properties are that expensive there, compare to NYC, Seattle or LA.

you should be able to get a 3 garage door house there for ~400 g
