I think it can do well with more than a dozen. But admittedly I stopped caring about the apartments when it just became too much. Not only from a voyeur standpoint but I think from a business standpoint. 35 apartments is just a stupid amount of places to have open. After a while I stopped watching even the places that I like. And soon I narrowed it down to just one. For me a lot of it is the anticipation of what may happen. If all you want is fucking then there is sure a big selection to choose from.
