Courtney and Heather basically do the same thing. Spend most days out of the house. Only come in when they're going to get laid. Doesn't bother me anymore seeing the progression of the site. People talk about how they're not actually interested in the tenants and only want to see sex shows. So now we start to have people who only use the apartment for a sex studio. There really should be no one complaining about it.

It is possible that Courtney and Heather go out and meet people, socialize with them, get intimate, so they can bring them home and fuck them. Otherwise, it is not easy to keep bringing new qualified guys - or they end up with idiots like the one May brought last time.

I totally do not like this at all. C&H appartent is on no watch list because nobody there gives a shit about cam quality and blindspots and this place there is nothing interesting lately too.

Good candidates are not interested in participation because of low incomes in vhtv. That causes the content isn't satisfactory in order to lure more subscribers, which makes even less potential tenants is interested in the project, which makes significant drop of subscriptions or in the best scenario, stagnation, and so on and so forth... We've already witnessed that in VV, so vh has to introduce adequate countermeasures to avoid the same path of self destruction ☹️

Always had this feeling about jeka,and now gargamel places also..they open place and after it they basically forget place exist after an relatively short time,there is no after opening investment and try to keep th places interesting,almost like..lets open and in an couple of month close or exchange residents.As much as Alex and Lina have their bad things at least seeems to be some kinda of try to mantain some action in their places.Really the worst managers in site..jeka and gargamel.But well..if George doesn't start moving he Gona be in the same list lol.
