If you have downloaded porn from a torrent tracker and have not disconnected your torrent client or have posted porn on your social network page, then they may come to you, since this will be considered a propagation (distribution). Also, if you made a video of your sex with your wife for a family album, it will probably be considered legal. If you distribute this video (especially for money), this will be against the law. This is my vision of the problem, but I am not a lawyer. P.S. As for the security of tenants in Russia. I have no fresh data. A quick search showed data for 2014. 148 people were convicted of distributing pornography (including via the Internet). Five of them received real prison terms. 126 people were sentenced to suspended sentences, 14 - to a fine, 1 - to correctional labor. 2
