By own experience and by the country where I live.
Changing apartment will not solve anything.
I see only 2 options
Or negotiate with the "militia", gang etc ..... (and this is dangerous because they will want ever more)
Or move to another country
sad but it's true

Or cast you own militia 😉

that's the most stupid sentence I've ever read 😂🤣

the silly sentence I founded is a result of the melting of the human brain due to porn. 😄

maybe I shouldn't watch C & S that much.

Hmmm, I guess so. That’s gotta sting!  Is it illegal in a Russia too? When the Russians build a sandbox internet are they going to put the vice on these voyeur sites. I guess the real issue is not so much the illegality of it so much as the corruption part. It’s legal as long as you pay the right people. Sounds like Mexico to me. Corruption all the way to the top. There is a reason these sites operate in this part of the world.

Hi guys!
Yes, in Russia this business is illegal. He falls under Article 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Illegal manufacturing and trafficking of pornographic materials or objects." The text of the article can be found at the link: http://www.consultant.ru/document/cons_doc_LAW_10699/ad5d9196ef8584bf342b4c10c1eb39fed4ae8745/
A similar article is in the criminal code of Ukraine: https://juristoff.com/resyrsi/kz/ugolovnyj-kodeks-ukrainy/6089-statya-301-vvoz-izgotovlenie-sbyt-i
Is VHTV engaged in illegal business? It depends on the relationship of VHTV and tenants of apartments. Is there a contract between VHTV and tenants, and which one.

As far as I know, in both countries, the authorities are persecuting the owners of cam studios and girls working in them.  I happened to communicate with one of the Ukrainian cam models. She said that the Ukrainian police are tracking the girls who are engaged in this business. (Police officers register accounts on cam sites (including model accounts), communicate with girls and find out their location in all possible ways). Then there may be liability in accordance with the article of the criminal code. This forces girls to go over to work in studios, who, in most cases, pay bribes to corrupt police officers.
In Russia, cam studios are also pursued (this is considered to be an organized illegal business, which is an aggravating circumstance). Girls who are engaged in private business (outside the cam studio) are not subjected to severe persecution (since their earnings are incomparably less than the income of cam studios).

As for the activities of VHTV and RLC in Russia, it is, of course, illegal (the activity of apartment tenants). But Russian IP addresses are blocked by both companies. Perhaps, therefore, the authorities do not consider it necessary to subject them to reprisals (I think that it is futile to sue VHTV and RLC).
But if tenants behave disrespectfully towards their neighbors (drunkenness, noise, dirt, quarrels, etc.), then the police may appear in apartments and be interested in the presence of a large number of web cameras.

I've already posted that citation ( it's easy to find it in the net ) once before, but I'm doing it again for you and others in order to understand why all participants in Russian Federation can sleep well; that also explains why this business in your country is rather not in danger:

"According to Russian law, consumption of pornography is allowed though the production of it is not. The illegal production, distribution, and "public demonstration" of pornography is punishable...There is nevertheless some uncertainty concerning the legal status of pornography in Russia. The law criminalizes only the 'illegal' production and selling of pornography (which implies that it sometimes can be legal), but two circumstances make enforcement of the law difficult: (1) the lack of a legal definition of pornography, and (2) no law defining when production or selling is permitted."

I sinserly hope VH survives to all this,we need competition in this type of cam sites, and letting the big cam site shark alone, with the monopoly of users base would be terrible to us.Even if VH closes twenty houses i still will suport site(and pay).Think Its one of the worst moments site lived sinse start.
