Exactly that is Paulaner. You are smart My friend

I do greatly appreciate your compliment. Thank you kindly. However, I
can't really take the credit. Normally, I would have just searched for
Paulaner in DuckDuckGo, but I also have a little addon in my browser,
called Grammarly. It corrects my spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc.
It also gives synonyms and definitions when you highlight a word. So,
when I highlighted Paulaner to copy and paste it into the search engine
it gave me this.

Which I then just pasted into my reply.

This is my take on smart, knowledge, etc.

  • I know a lot about extremely little.
  • I know a little bit about a bunch of stuff.
  • As for the vast majority of man's knowledge (99.999%), I know
    absolutely nothing.

Thanks, again.

Sorry, it took me so long to get back to you. I had to ask Stone to
unlock the old topic briefly, so I could multi-quote your post over
to the new topic, in order to reply to it.

Thanks, Dave. Well, I read a lot. I research a lot of stuff. I'm an information
junkie. It also doesn't hurt that I've been using, repairing, programming, and
selling computers, software, electronics, gadgets, etc., for close to 47 years.
Some of this I can no longer do, but I love learning new stuff, so the reading
and research is a lot of fun for me. I just wish I could read faster. 😊

Plus, I try a lot of stuff to see what works and what doesn't. I just do it. There's
very little that you do on a computer, unintentionally, that will hurt it. At the
worst, you may have to reboot your machine and everything is back to normal.

Now, if you do something that you know has the potential to screw up your PC
and it does, you better have taken a Restore Point before you did it or you could
get royally screwed. But, even that's easy. You just tell Windows to do it and it
does it.

And, it's really not all that complex. Most software is designed to make our
lives easier, faster, less complicated. For example, once you install that
Grammarly addon (and it even does that for you) everything is automatic.
It does all the work for you, as far as spelling, punctuation, synonyms, etc.
You just tell it if you want it to make the change. Simple, fast, easy.

Some people think that once they get to a certain point, they can't learn any
of that new-fangled technology (present company excluded). You get a lot
more of that over in the RLC forum, IMO, but it simply isn't true. I believe
you can learn absolutely anything you want to learn, if you have an interest
in learning it.

If you just put Paulaner into Google you get the same results, quite simple really, but Lets took the time and trouble to do it so good on him 👍

Grammarly

How do you like Grammarly?

The have such an aggressive marketing strategy that adds to the cost of the product. I think it is the most expensive option.

They pay bloggers to promote them, that is why any search about Grammarly comparison is pointless.

Hi, Zoifan, I like it a lot. It's always checking whatever I type automatically
and underlines anything it finds. If you highlight a single word, it gives
good synonyms and if it's a word such as Paulaner, it will try to give you
a definition, instead.

I'm not too familiar with their marketing campaign. When I'm surfing the
Internet, sometimes I'll see an ad for them, but since I already have it
I don't click on it. They're not in-your-face kinds of ads.

I've only used the free version and I don't get any ads from that. It's not
perfect, but it's TONS better than not having anything, at all. I find it
extremely useful. I hope that's helpful. If you have any other questions,
I'll do my best to answer them.
