To my mind there are a few possibilities: 1) RLC have screwed us over and the missing apartments will not return, 2) RLC use cloud servers so it takes time to populate the whole network, 3) It's something to do with the pending Russian Internet Law (due to be enacted from November) which means all service providers based there must disconnect from foreign servers and only use Russian ones. 4) there's a complete overhaul of Russian apartments to improve the service. Anyone's guess at the moment unless someone's contacted RLC support and managed to get the full story. From what I've read, RLC are just not very good at keeping members informed. Point 4 isn't rlc style at all..the houses like the motel travel agency would had been online for years and years and they wouldnt give a fok about changing anything. Apparently is shows a police raid on the provider and apartments in Volgograd on June 19th, all involved in live feeds of daily activity. Using a a translate app on my phone, I tried to get the theme of the news broadcast. It seems that there is an issue with the feeds being pornographic or not. If anyone can translate further, please do so to help us all out. The apartment's occupants are not RLC participants - does anyone recognise them from other services? Has RLC removed the Russian apartments because they fear being raided themselves? Comparing what is shown in the news video with the thumbnails and videos on hotscopes.net, it is definitely LifeUnderCam that has been raided. On a second run of my translator app, I read that the site involved was a joint American / Russian operation.
