I think Karla has borrowed money from him, not the other way round. She wants to (or maybe already has?) quit stripping because she didn't feel ok with other men touching her while they were in a relationship. Apparently Salma asked if they could all have a threesome and Karla told her that their relationship wasn't like that. So I doubt she'd be ok with him being a pornstar. I think he does have a job that puts him around other girls a lot, but I got the sense that it was club related. Karla seemed jealous that he was around other girls, but said that she trusted him.
