Yes, mab.to is a third-party host (TPH). Most sites you upload any kind
of file to, are known as a TPH.

Unfortunately, by converting the original, the resolution (dimensions)
and the quality of the AVI file has been vastly reduced. The resolution
is about 1/3 that of the original and the quality (kbps) has been
reduced by almost 17 times. The frames per second (FPS) were also
slightly reduced. The top half shows the MP4 file (the original), the
AVI file is on the bottom.

I am going to make a Chart for Members to Follow so they know exactly where Third Party Host (TPH) can be used and where Attachments have to be used as their seems to be a lot of confusion as to where and what can be Posted by such means.  It's easy to figure out for most.  

I realize for some Translation becomes a problem as not everyone can Read & Understand the English Language.  With the use of Translation Software sometimes helps to make them understand.
