I am practically sure that it is a grapefruit, grapefruit and lemon are very good in vitamin C and especially after putting substances that we all know from the nose... Once you bite or cut into the pulp (red part), grapefruit are typically very juicy, even to the point of "squirting" juice at you. The are not the same as grapefruit, although they are related. A pummelo has a thicker skin/rind than a grapefruit.
