Different business structure between the two companies. For the most part everyone on VH is self managed, so taking an apartment off the list when a rule is broken directly impacts that tenants pockets. RLC manages all the apartments themselves, so taking an apartment offline will directly impact their own pockets. Things like this don't happen often on RLC. 1

RLC has issues all the time with cams lately---but once in a while we might receive this We apologize for the inconvenience--Your concern has been forwarded to the appropriate department . 1

So with the night vision issue that just occurred RLC must not be to happy with the amount of emails they probably just got which is why they all went straight to bed😂

If Blair really did unplug the night vision, RLC may have contacted them and given them some kind of fine or punishment saying that they will not receive any money for tonight's activities. Seeing as how the only do things for a paycheck, that might have put a stop to anything else they were planning. This is speculation. 1 1 1
