Who gives this absolute power to M&S and why does VH do nothing about it? any other tenant at VH would be out a long time ago and unceremoniously! 1

He comes across as a user and only cares about himself. He may not be that way but thats the impression he gives. I firmly believe that he's the reason that 4 of those couples left him. 1
