I played back that bathroom scene a few times and to be honest you could see nothing except them both bent down over the toilet looking at their phones, nothing else in their hands apart from a phone. Unless you can see anything concrete I think it's very dangerous making any assumption at all. JMO.

i have a sugestion. since there is so many 500$ fines going on around, why dont you make a prize pool of the money earned from fines?

like you fining an apt 500$ give it as a prize pool to the apt that will have the most views earned in the next week.

you get from this

1) motivate apts to be more active

2) you shut mouths as to that you are trying to earn more money by fining everything.

Mais, je suis d'accord que VHTV doit faire quelque chose pour adoucir les limites des mauvais comportements et peut-être être plus indulgents envers les délits mineurs.

If you look at the others on the forum the female name is always first, so why change it. Let's be honest it makes no fucking difference. Sure Tom, Dick and Harry can join, as long as they have decent looking partners. LOL
