i have some good info for you Squish since i know how much you like Helen and Eva, so insight info. Helen and Eva are indeed twins, Serj was the exboyfriend of Helen that helped with the project. 🙂

When she walks in the room, you can clearly see there is nothing in her
hands. When she gets to the desk, she reaches down and picks up her
phone, at which point dickwad hits her in the forehead with the heel of
his hand. You can see the phone in her hand when she lands on the bed
and the charging cord is dangling off the front of the desk where it was
ripped from the phone when he hit her.

She only had time to pick up her phone before he hit her.

Sorry Let's look again she did thrust her right hand forward to hit him at 20:14:12, certainly it isn't the clearest as her back is to the camera and isn't equal to his response.

How do you feel about trend for such interesting apartments? This apartment in average level of shit in VH. If for this it needs to be closed, then another 20 apartments must be closed. Close due to lack of money? I do not have actual earnings. ~10 days ago 100 dollars/day = sleep, doing nothing in the dark and phone. Yesterday Maitre wrote that earnings fell to 60/day. But in order to close apartments of loafers, income must fall to 20/day (level or less rent and cameras).
