I don't agree, there were times on RLC where the arguments were more frequent, they've been working like this for a very long time. No worries.

You should have seen the early days at RLC.  Those were more frequent and extremely scary times compared to now.    

I have not checked the timeline for the argument yet, but it is very aggravating not knowing what triggers these episodes.  But it seems that when they leave the building, and hence the cams, they seem to work things out and life is good again when they arrive back home.  So at least that works, no 3rd party needed.  

Whatever the issue, it looks to me like it's worked out.  🥰
