She travels frequently over to Barcelona, hopping through the apartment, talking to many participants. Nelly & Bogdan seem to be responsible for the Barcelona area. Now they are on holiday and Masha is present all over the place. Maybe she stands higher in the hirarchy than them. Once someone joked "Nelly & Bogdan are RLC." This isn't obviously true. Someone else recently talked of a change of the RLC management a couple of years ago. Other former comments like "Leora is the boss" are unlikely true. For the Prague area she doesn't seem to have physical contact with any of the apartments. Assuming Nora is the boss isn't true today anymore, because she's minding her own career in her field today. N&B certainly somehow "control" rlc from Barcelona but Masha and Leora influence rlc by being the most popular girls in the casting and not only in terms of choosing who gets to participate but also having certain privileges, such as having higher pay or have more freedom to do as they please. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It seems highly likely that Masha is the on-site second-in-charge (2IC) so that when Nelly and Bogdan go off somewhere at crucial times Masha is sent off to keep a close eye on things for the RLC people. Masha visits Barcelona for a vacation and stays in the apartments as a guest of one or more of the tenants. Each time she visits the apartments, she makes new friends among the tenants. The more friends she makes, the more opportunities she has to visit, with RLC keep bringing back the same tenants over and over again This time she visits as a guest of Taylor, Tereza and Timur. B4 and B5 are where she's spent most of her time this visit - B4 as a guest of taylor, B5 as a guest of Tereza and Timur. She doesn't visit B1 because she doesn't know anyone there. She doesn't know anyone in B2 either, which is why she's only been there once, when there was a party at which Taylor was also present. And she hasn't been to B7 despite it being next to B4 because, unless something has changed recently, she's no longer friends with Nelly. Masha has no authority in Barcelona. Neither does Nelly, she's simply a tenant. Bogdan has a heightened position, but he isn't the manager of the Barcelona apartments. Nora is no longer involved with RLC, but she used to have the same role as Bogdan.
