Russian aviation authorities now confirm that Wagner boss Prigozhin and Wagner founder Dmitry Utkin were on board. Doesn't really matter much there's always another inline to take the place of the deceased. Nothing much really changes. That's why Putin will never fly anywhere unless he's looking to be exiled. 1 2
