If you click the Notification it will take you to the comment that was supposed to have the Reputation given. Then you can see who gave it. Could be a Possibility that there is a username with the name somebody.

Expand I've had a few like that as well. But then some give the name. So like @StnCld316 said maybe it's a user with that name or I thought it might be a user signing in anonymously? 1
