The legal question for US citizens is this: Because rights are granted by a generic "god," then these inalienable rights cannot legitimately be withdrawn by a human. However, oddly, your mother, should she want you aborted, can do so, and, if you look at Obama's law in Illinois, she can have you killed even if you survive a botched abortion. If we extended the right of mothers to kill their children when their children hit adolescence, well, I could understand that but there wouldn't be many of us around. ;D

All you need to create your do-it-yourself tyrannical government is here: Take away: Citizens' right to defend themselves. Citizens' right to control their health, and therefore their life. Citizens' right to speak and publish their thoughts freely. Citizens' right to have their own Faith. Many Americans still understand that these rights are not given by the government in the first place; therefore they cannot be taken away by the government. And as long as they have an immutable right to bear arms, the citizens will be able to retain their rightful sovereignty over the government they created. Remember, it is governments, not free men, that have killed the most people throughout the centuries.

There has been speculation about this, my friend, as to whether certain RLC members have lusted after other RLC members of the opposite sex. But they are just wet conjectures and big swollen theories. :D

Bingo. The founders of my nation did not address the issue of the coat hanger. They couldn't imagine that anyone would refuse the right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness to any human individual. They were busy trying to have children, since so many of them were likely to die in youth due to disease. Now unborn humans (and, according to Obama) can be dispensed with at will. Conveniently. Great. Now I'm back on politics, when abortion is actually now just a minor moral issue, like all the other moral issues. Minor. Insignificant. Just a war-on-women.
