I believe this place will close soon. I don't see anyone from other places capable of saving it. And it looks like it's not a cheap place.

It's just too weird to see another couple in that room... was 6 months of Bree there

Closing an established apartment with rent, furniture, camera setup, internet setup is not efficient, unless there is a very good reason, like landlord dispute. 

Alex is resourceful and finding good tenants is not hard for him. Dean candy, all swing participants,  Debra last week from Rockhole apartment are just to name a few.

Unless Alex is done with this line of work, what would be a good reason for him to close this place?

This is a real absurdity. They are alone with the whole apartment for them.
What is missing or impedes, to have a more dynamic and visual behavior there?
