Like rdhem said.. i guess (some of them) get randomly on some moments... normally when "hit the vehicles"... There are a few (Where apartments, mountains or hills, bridges, stores) that are always at first try

Some think they just click the Road Signs or Cars once and it should work.  If you read the Catcha it will show to click the Road Signs or Cars until they are no longer in the Image.
