There are so many tenants now that the only one getting paid are the ones who are brand new, have some kind of drama going on, or have sex, preferably multiple partner sex. Basically, if the apt isn't in the preview, they aren't making hardly anything. That's the reason they all keep checking to see if they are on there or not. Each apts daily goal is to somehow get on the previews. Usually, 1-2 are taken up by new tenants, which leaves the other 4 up for grabs. Sex or drama pay. No one watching anything else but that in any kind of numbers that amount to any money. Basically, have sex or don't get paid. That's what having 25+ apts created. Porn addicts are insatiable for something new and they will grow bored very quickly. VH will not be able to keep up the demand and the managers will have to learn to be cut throat sex thug landlords or go broke handing out charity. For the tenans, is this what you signed up for? The writing was on the wall and the window was closing! With the end of the month coming so to was the next months rent payment. Say what you want, but I know better. Soon all of the managers will have to learn to be cut throat unless they want to go into the charity business. The lifespan of tenant being able to make good money is about 1-2 months I would guess. After that, it's progress or drama time to stay alive here. Is it worth the cost of ones sex life? Maybe, but I doubt it.
