I am not going to open a ticket because the support always gives me non-sense homework to do with chrome network trace. VH must have a proactive maintenance, and systematically know that there are so many HTTP requests are failing. Instead they use customers as the system health monitoring labor. They wait for us to open a ticker and ask for out time to diagnose things for them. They charge $40 monthly for service that has outage like this. This is a poorly run site and as far as I'm concerned their customer service is no better than VV from a few years ago.
