Looking at Spartak's skin; could it be something as simple as ringworm? That is a simply treatable fungal infection of the skin. It may also explain the older patches on his skin which appear also to be mostly circular??

It could be psoriasis, but it's likely not ringworm. If it were ringworm,
Sasha and Alice would probably also have it, as it's highly contagious
by just skin to skin contact.

My diagnosis is the larger areas that appear bruised are just birth marks and the patchy raised areas are psoriasis. Hope he has access to a dermatologist cause he needs one.

Shingles and ring worm and all of those conditions tend to have lots of rised red spots, which he doesn't really have. The blotchy patches could be hives, but they look old and permanent so I'm guessing they are just birth marks or possibly Mongolian spots. 

But on top of that I think the open spots are psoriasis.

the skin off-color spots look like he has the same condition that lina has.
