It could be psoriasis, but it's likely not ringworm. If it were ringworm, Sasha and Alice would probably also have it, as it's highly contagious by just skin to skin contact. Amy3 Posted September 10, 2018 Share Posted September 10, 2018 Shingles and ring worm and all of those conditions tend to have lots of rised red spots, which he doesn't really have. The blotchy patches could be hives, but they look old and permanent so I'm guessing they are just birth marks or possibly Mongolian spots.ย But on top of that I think the open spots are psoriasis.ย Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
