Also, if you made a video of your sex with your wife for a family album, it will probably be considered legal. If you distribute this video (especially for money), this will be against the law. This is my vision of the problem, but I am not a lawyer. P.S. As for the security of tenants in Russia. I have no fresh data. A quick search showed data for 2014. 148 people were convicted of distributing pornography (including via the Internet). That’s pretty fucked up if you ask me. Is it too much to ask for a voyeur site that runs in congruence with the law? What I’m hearing is that the counties run like the wild, wild, west and therefore, it’s ok as long as you don’t get caught. This is really pretty damn pitiful and disturbing. We all know why they don’t move into other countries. $$$ and the ability to create an illusion of legitimacy. Don’t know about you guys, but it makes me feel really dirty.
