VHTV communicates a lot and do everything to promote sex so they are really acceded to please the customer
View the number of turnover in the participants, I would say that VH does not really protect them

So it's really two very different operating policies, one does everything for its members, the other prefers to do everything for their participants, each one his choice to know what he ultimately prefers.

The problem that VH is facing is the fact that its participants are money starved. VH cannot afford to pay well to its participants, that means , it cannot attract the best talents. It has something to do with the middle man business model. After VH+Managers take their cut, there is not much money left to offer to participants. There are a few apartment exceptions, but in general, VH participants are always in stress (according to Pete) and don't feel secured in their work. They seem to be under compensated.

 

 

Now the big question you might ask is that why RLC is doing so much better than VH so it can pay top $$$ to its participants?? Because VH can't deliver the same is the quality of views to its subscribers. No matter how sexy VH participants are,  the result is poor. What do I mean? read this:

 

Sia was one the best elite participant that a Voyeur business could ever hire. She was young, unbelievably  sexy, single open to many guys. You name it, she had it. A girl like Sia would bring 5% profit increase for RLC, but she had to leave VH. Why? read the following points:

• Contrary to VH, RLC has a great HD streaming infrastructure. It delivers high quality video stream to its subscribers
• Contrary to VH, RLC invests in a better cameras. It delivers high quality videos to its subscribers
• Contrary to VH, RLC's apartment layouts are perfect for the type of business. You don't get disastrous apartment layouts and camera coverage that Sia had or Corn currently is  suffering from in RLC.
• Contrary to VH, RLC's lighting setup is perfect, it was perfect even back in 2012. 

 

Now you put one the best participants (Like Sia) in mix of above VH weaknesses, she fails. In RLC she would have so much income $$$ that she could not even think about leaving. I personally liked Sia very much, but no matter what she did, it wasn't looking any good. Everything about her apartment was disastrous.

 

The main problem is that VH cannot even fix many of above problems. Because VH quality is in hand of  managers like A&L who are not much into quality matters. After all, A&L don't have an MBA or any business degree. But RLC can directly get involved and improve things in apartments.

Does VHTV plan to offer any bonus days for their subs for the loss of so many apts?

this interview shows that the problem is not just pornography. In 90's, women who came to Turkey to earn money from prostitution, now, they do not want Turkish men in Ukraine. therefore the common name of all Russian origin women is still "Natasha" in my country.
Okay, Turkish men aren't angels. But the their systems encourage this.
There will always be demand if there is supply. In order to increase tourism revenues, the country has returned to a country of prostitution, and now they are trying to end pornography.

Let me respectfully desagree with some points you said.i am rlc premium user for years by now and..first point..don't agree,nowdays VHTV stream is as good as rlc and have one thing take makes a lot of diference..VH cams don't enter night vision mode like crazy constantly(very usual in rlc and never fixed),so imagine you like to watch an house,lights are house are fine but..cams are constantly going black and white to color to black and white.Second point..would say VHTV puts more new cams with better quality nowdays,both site have an good number of old cams that give an bad image,would say they are kind Tie Regard image quality.Point three..in general agree,in this regard rlc does better job.point four..hehehe..Maybe if you enjoy being watching an house and outa nothing...black and white image(night vision),it happens for years in an good number of houses and never resolved.My experience is Regard fixing cams,or for exemple putting new cams to serv better the users VHTV does it better.For exemple no cams in some balconies..well wait an couple years and maybe they will have finaly an cam in balcony.Think a lot of things Regard rlc superiority are just not real anymore.Both site have good and bad things neither is specialy better than another.
