But have you been uploading continuous video streams from multiple cameras? I think this case is different, probably a broken cable as others have suggested, but I suspect the repeated issues at Leora's place for example are ISP systems not being able to cope with the bandwidth being thrown at them from what is essentially a residential property. From own experience in Germany The cable to the house connection was interrupted (excavator damage) It took a week for the PROVIDER VODAFONE to repair the cable.
