Point #2, yes, it is clear the walls are thin in this place, especially since we can hear the elevator and outside entrance in the hall, but I *think* (but not positive) they are in a corner unit, based on what we see out of the windows, and the bedroom is in the far corner? That being said, I switched to the hall cam-12 and I could definitely hear Nina's screams of ecstasy from Kira's magic.
