As far as I understand the tenants are not at liberty to adjust the cams on their own without prior approval from the home office.  He would have to put in a request, get approval, and then make the adjustment. But, that's a rather old understanding on my part, the policy could be different now.

I would even go further and use one or two mobile cams, but vhtv is unreformable I'm afraid; they don't want any changes or progress; they stuck and won't move forward;
