So to summarize this, Scott still runs this place, it's just the name Benjamin is given to this apartment. Guess Scott was fed up of all the fines he had to pay when his name was their on the apartment

I agree. Sabrina was very nice too, but Stephie actually seem alot more integrated in the daily life in the apartment.

Depends on your perspective. She is also too good to not be in this place. If she wasn't there, we wouldn't be able to see her.
