There’s no need to go out and “ search “ / flirt to bring girls home since this casting of girls are wiling to do things on cameras and aren’t shy like what we have been watching for such a long time . Add also the fact that being out he would be spending money to enter clubs and pay for drinks , so , he has the fun , the pool , the girls and whatever safety of not risking anything in his own great place of residing / living… I don’t think if I had so many options in my own house , I would be going out “ searching “ . I can’t think we have seen in B7 ( in B4 we have ) so late happenings in party mood since maybe the villa came online ..

Where is the proof that N or B interfered in any tenants activities? The uninhibited activities of Dylan(the Master), Ashley, Gloria, Aziza, Ari, and Azura seem to prove you wrong. Recently you indicated " As a conclusion , we can now certainly say that the problem was the tenants , they didn’t care the same or didn’t have the right chemistry ". The problem has always been the tenants, and their interactions. Some are willing to fuck on camera, some are not. The presence of N+B is irrelavent.

I agree, it's much easier to have sex with other paid tenants than people from outside the project. 

And this group of tenants especially, is not very challenging.  Even Fior has managed to get some action.  If Dylan achieved the same feat a few months ago with Serafima, Yana, Zhanna, and Kimberly, then we really could have called him "The Master" 😁

And if we're going to have a leaderboard, then for me, Wendy is number 1.  The two female guests that she's had sex with is much more impressive than Dylan and Anthony's 5 or 6 tally of other tenants.
