I think they think they know better or they do want to do anything that might suggest we have some sway over them. I know that they read CC so it's not that they don't hear us, it's just that they don't seem to care at all what we think. Name one time, where an excellent suggestion was made to them that they actually acted on? 1

Yes, that's another issue for them. Because parties involve multiple people from other apts, they all just cannibalize each other. That is the problem now as with any big party you will have most of them there and many of their own apartments empty which is then just a waste of apartments. Duhhhhh
