Obviously not speaking for anyone else but myself but the thing that makes me interested in a house is -unpredictability.- All that is needed is to have open minded friends who are willing to have fun. This is why Ana and Nyu's parties are the most interesting thing to watch. They don't do big orgies. There isn't high levels of crazy sex acts. All they do is have friends who come over, they drink and party, and occasionally they'll hook up with someone or their friends might hook up with each other. It's the same thing that attracted everybody to Em and Sid when they first moved in together; not knowing if or when Em was going to cheat on Sid again. When she did, that forum literally exploded with posts. When the drama ensued, the thread blew up even more.
