Informed by support that a blown fuse while firmware was updating has caused serious technical issues and that cam outage was nothing to do with 'guest behaviour issues'. I just hope that our young exciting guests have not walked by the time we are up again.

Just the facts:

- some apts recently, turned off for disciplinary actions.

- after first incident with camera, when everything was already normal (returned a good position). After 30 min - apartment was turned off for 15 minutes. Not technical reasons. Disciplinary.

- second hit on the camera. In day, Elise have long session in bath. Showing that - if cam wire is hit a bit (by taking a towel) and camera moves. And then she said - not understand completely, either fine, or problems soon, or will be investigated.

- after then apartment turns off again.

Technical reasons are always possible. But this is first technical reasons in this apartment. And not when - there was an empty apartment.🙄

Either way it must be a situation that all involved would wish to resolve as it casts VH in poor light.

Candy and Dean were go with scandal and quarreled with VH for long time. When they came to Lexy several times - Lexy and Pete agreed with administration for long time and took all responsibility for themselves.

Zack is not participant (now, but few week later all can change - amnesty) - but acceptable guest. Candy and Dean are unwelcome guests in any VH apt.

What are incidents with girl? Are there proofs? I just opened apartment when it was online - there was no action. Then after 15-20 minutes apartment go to off-line.

One more thing. Candy and Dean - not just arrived at the party. They helped move bags. Silicone boobs girl (with whom possible "incident") left at around 12-13 hours local time. But Candy and Dean - left  when all boxes and bags moved in the evening. And a surprise. Around this time (after Candy and Dean left) - apartment online.

So why they delete the footage of the bedroom during the time the girl was "molested" by the beard guy and didn't delete the footage of D&C in the LR?? 

And yes the rapist team should be forbidden to enter in any VH house.. And since VH don't do that, should be done by A&A

Support say that the net concentrator has broken and can't be repaired remotely but have provided an assurance that the guests will still be there when it is resolved. Sounds a bit third world but then I have never visited Siberia or wherever.

Whats worse is that the pre cut off apartment timeline is now not working either. So frustrating.

I did not understand a little - what broke? If this equipment (routers) - no problem. Buy new. They live in a city 1 million+. Moreover - order for Aliexpress = delivery to them is really fast (2-3 days). So - considering that they have 1 set of equipment (Valerie and Glen) - 3-5 days offline. Or ISP part? Then it is strange - in apt are 2 different ISP.
