I was heartbroken to see that another day has passed without an IT fix here. Ironic that VH subscriber support comms (unlike RLC) are first world in terms of responsiveness and efficiency but IT support of the VH network appears to be slightly third world, albeit Russia is a larger country (all the more reason to have back up systems therefore).
