But seems they don't care about it. I haven't seen a thing similar to this in any Russian place on VHTV yet... Also the cables in the hallway they call livingroom are a total mess and only a matter of time til somebody stumbles there or they will just stop working... In fact, it's the ONLY way you can open these sealed containers, and the procedure in and of itself can be rather dangerous, as it leaves an incredibly jagged edge on the top piece that you could kill someone with (those Russians think of everything - run out of 640 rounds? Use the can lid for defense!). But it does give the forearms a good workout.
