Looking at the timeline, it appears Nina is drawing. So, my bet would be on a new tattoo. Also check out cam 16 from 0719 - 0721 for a better view.

Kira was quite happy!  Flowers, chocolates, and a fuzzy friend (is it really a dog?).  Masha loved it too, Lex, not so much.  I think Masha was just a little jealous - Lex never gets her anything!  Sundance was not impressed either LOL.  Well done, Dom -- I mean, anonymous donor!  😁
